Welcome to this guided meditation which is designed to train your mind for calm detachment from any unwanted patterns of over-thinking.

This meditation encourages a calm awareness of the breath, and also a gentle detachment from the habits of rumination (ie. over-thinking). This session is useful for alleviating symptoms of anxiety, OCD, and depression.

By practicing these mindful techniques of conscious observation and self acceptance, you will find you are more able to quieten and relax an overly active mind — and also naturally increase your body’s healthy energy, to become a more self assured person in the present moment.

This meditation experience may be repeated as often as you choose to reinforce your positive intentions.

By your own inner direction may you continue to find your greatest waking potential.

This session is suitable and recommended for repeated listening, and regular listening will help compound positive suggestions and / or your own positive results.

The end of this session will provide options for either drifting into a sound night’s sleep, or for returning to your fully conscious, awake and alert, positive mind state.

Do not listen to this recording whilst driving or operating machinery.

    That provided me such a nearly indescribable experience. I was appalled by how tuned in i became to my thoughts as they grew intense and how i was able to bring myself out of it to realize i was calmly just in bed. It was just a state of dreaming I guess? Again, it was indescribable but I have never felt so calm and relaxed in my life.

  10. This actually has helped me a lot cuz I am constantly anxious and thinking and stressing. After listening to this I usually go to sleep and this is the best sleep ever I sleep for three hours but I feel like I been sleeping 10 hours. This helps me a lot thanks

  12. Wow thanks. 🙂 I have a lot of issues dealing with being FTM particularly, among other current stressful stuff in life. Sometimes thoughts of transition and how it will affect me and my family and whether or not I really know what I'm doing and ugh! Thoughts are like a Chinese finger trap the way I see it; the harder you pull, the more it just sucks. :-/

    Wow. I have always been terrible for over thinking – never able to shut my mind off and have suffered extreme insomnia my whole life. It took me awhile to settle during this, but about half way or more through this I completely zoned out, went into a trance-like state. I don't remember at which point I entered this state, I just remember somehow coming to right as it was wrapping up. I started to register his words when he said "My voice will be leaving you now…" and then I continued to lay there, almost unable to move. Such an amazing experience. I bet I would have slipped off into that state, or fall asleep, if I stayed laying there and let myself go back to that.

    I developed OCD after serious brain surgery for a problem that could not be ignored and have always had severe anxiety after being born prematurely. I remember the first time I listened to this track, I was able to just let things go. It made my brain nice and level, junk that torments me, I can focus and ignore them after listening to this several times. It helps that my new apartment building is very quiet.

    Hello Michael! I have been having panic and anxiety attacks when driving. I can't afford medical attention right now so i'm trying a natural approach. Do you think that you could do a video for driving anxiety. I'm a 36yr old mother of 2 and this is making my life so hard. I am a free spirited individual and I have always wanted to travel and just live and I feel stuck with this issue. Stay Blessed

  23. While i was meditating, my feet fell asleep and i was so peaceful that i totally accepted it to the point of ignoring it . When i tried to stand up it felt like it was a piece of gelly meat attached to my body and i risked to fall. Well , i guess that i need to discover other postures 😅
