    Miguel was right! You can either fail completely or greatly succeed when making paella. I've been making it my whole life, and never got that taste that you get in a restaurant.
    The one you ate looks delicious! However, paella is originally from Valencia (next to Cataluña), and I can assure you there's where you'll have the best one. My favourite part from paella is the "socarrat", which is a slightly burnt layer at the bottom that tastes soooo good and that you'll just get in Valencia.
    Think I just gave you another reason to come to Spain!! 🙂

  17. I love the smell of toasted candied nuts. The is a shop near me in Stratford upon Avon that sells and makes them all in the shop. It smells like heaven

Truly enjoyed this video… Oh how I wish I had that drinkable chocolate and Churro, I think it would make the World look so much better lolll, everything looks better with and eating chocolate.   21. Hi Gemma! I´m so happy that you and Kevin enjoyed your visit Barcelona. Miguel is from salamanca, like me!!!! He is the perfect host ever! I was in Silvestre Restaurant many yeras ago and i can say that i ate the best paella and Pan tumaca ever!!!!!

    I would love that you and Kevin come to salamanca. I would be happy for showing my city. Salamanca is famous for its cuisine too.
